Lauren, 8 days after you were born, our friends from church, who also live next door to us, had their first baby. You and their baby, Lyla, have known each other for a while now. We’ll often visit and have play dates together. Today, while visiting your friend Lyla, you reached out and you both held hands for a brief moment while the two of you were on your backs next to each other. Both Mommy and Lyla’s Mommy, Melissa, have said that when you and Lyla are toghether, things are calmer. Looks like you have your first best friend!
