For those that don’t know, this is a picture of Mommy (Amanda) because TODAY IS HER BIRTHDAY! Happy Birthday Mommy! She’s the Valentine Baby. So how did today go?…lets get started. The day started for Daddy and Baby at 3am. Daddy got up and fed baby a bottle at 3am and let her watch SpongeBob SquarePants (Lauren’s favorite TV show). Around 8am we woke Mommy up and told her, “Happy Birthday and Happy Valentine’s Day. When you get up, you can see what baby got you.” She quickly got up out of bed and sat on the couch in the living room. I pulled out Lauren’s first Valentine. She got Mommy a SpongeBob SquarePants Valentine. Mommy really liked it not because it’s SpongeBob, but because Lauren was so thoughtful to give Mommy her first Valentine. Following the Valentine, Daddy pulled out his Valentine’s Day present for Mommy. I got her a big heart full of milk chocolates and a card that she enjoyed as well.
After presents and getting dressed (and grabbed our jackets because it randomly got COLD today), we all went to Joe’s Farm Grill where Amanda got a free breakfast. She got a Belgian waffle and ham, I got a Belgian waffle and sausage. It was a really good breakfast and the best thing was Lauren was awesome. She just sat in her car seat patiently and content while she watched us eat. Later that night, we enjoyed dinner at Oregano’s Pizza. We topped it off with a yummy Pizookie.
